Privacy policy

1. Introduction

Logmetry LLC ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

  • Information you send us. Name, email address, company, and whatever you choose to write when you contact us, request a document, or book an architecture review.
  • Standard server logs. Web infrastructure records requests (IP address, user agent, pages requested) as a byproduct of serving the site. We use these for security and operations only.

3. What we deliberately do not collect

This site runs no analytics scripts, no visitor identification or tracking tools, and no advertising cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing on the site that would require one.

4. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and schedule the sessions you request
  • To send you documents you explicitly asked for
  • To operate and secure the website
  • To comply with legal obligations

5. Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that operate our infrastructure (hosting, email, scheduling), when required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

6. The Logmetry LinkedIn application

Logmetry operates a LinkedIn application that publishes posts on behalf of LinkedIn accounts that have explicitly authorized it. This section describes everything that application does with data, and it is available here to anyone, before and without authenticating.

  • What it collects. The member id, name, and headline of the authorizing LinkedIn account, and the content of the posts the application publishes on that account's behalf. It collects nothing else from LinkedIn.
  • How it uses it. Publishing to the authorizing member's own profile, and recording the ids of published posts to measure how they perform. It never publishes to any account that has not authorized it.
  • Sharing and selling. None. Nothing the application collects is shared with or sold to anyone, and it stays inside Logmetry's own systems.
  • Where it is stored, and for how long. Access tokens are stored encrypted in AWS Systems Manager Parameter Store and are deleted when the authorization is revoked or expires. Records of published posts (their ids and content) are kept in Logmetry's internal records for as long as the account remains connected, and are deleted within 30 days of revocation or of a deletion request.
  • Revoking access and requesting deletion. You can revoke the application's access at any time in your LinkedIn settings, under Data privacy, in the permitted services list. To have everything the application has stored about your account deleted, write to info@logmetry.io and it is removed within 30 days.
  • Contact. info@logmetry.io, answered by the people who operate the application.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

8. Your rights

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of any further communication
